Tell us the site address and what you have noticed. We review the access and likely scope, then confirm the price, availability and next steps.
02. Back up and clean
Take a recovery copy, inspect the site and remove identified malicious files, database entries, accounts and backdoors. Agree any temporary restrictions needed while we work.
03. Address the cause and test
Investigate how the compromise may have happened, apply agreed repairs and protection, coordinate credential changes and check the important site journeys.
04. Report and hand over
Explain what we found and changed, any unresolved issues and what to do next. Help with relevant warning review requests and agree any ongoing care you want.
Optional ongoing care
Cleaning the site is one step. Keeping software maintained, checking access and having recoverable backups reduces the risk of another incident. You can manage this with your team or use our website maintenance plan.

What should I send you first?
Start with your website address, the symptoms you have noticed and any warning from your host or browser. We will then explain the access we need and how to provide it securely. Please do not put passwords in the enquiry form.
How do I know if the site has been hacked?
Unexpected redirects, unfamiliar admin accounts, injected spam pages, browser warnings or a hosting suspension can indicate a compromise. They can also need investigation before the cause is clear. Tell us what you have seen and we will help assess the next step.
Will my content, orders and users be preserved?
We take a recovery copy of the accessible site before making changes and aim to preserve legitimate data. A copy of a compromised site is not necessarily a clean backup. If content has already been damaged or lost, we will explain the recovery options and any additional work before proceeding.
How quickly can you start and finish?
For a site accepted into the £295 rescue service, we guarantee cleanup within 24 hours once the scope is agreed and all required access is available. We confirm when the clock starts. If we can’t complete the agreed cleanup within 24 hours of that start time, we’ll refund the full rescue fee, including VAT. Server recovery, separately scoped rebuilds and external warning reviews are outside this guarantee.
Will Google or browser warnings disappear straight away?
Once the site has been cleaned, we can help submit the relevant review requests where access is available. Search engines, browsers and blocklist providers control their own review times. We cannot guarantee immediate removal or recovery of search rankings.
Do I need to move hosting or take a care plan?
The rescue can be a standalone project. If the hosting environment or unsupported software prevents a reliable cleanup, we will explain the options and quote additional work separately. Ongoing hosting, maintenance and support are available if you want them.
