Sounds familiar?

The tools have grown without a plan

Your website, ads, email and customer systems work in separate places, with gaps between them.

You are unsure what deserves investment

There are plenty of ideas, but no clear evidence about which problems need attention first.

You want a second opinion before committing

You are considering a new site, an agency or a larger project and want a practical assessment of what you already have.

What the audit examines

Website and customer journey review

We follow the routes to an enquiry or purchase and review the pages customers see along the way. We’ll identify the points that need closer attention.

Check what the tracking measures

We check the analytics and conversion tracking for missing events or inconsistent reporting. You’ll know what the data can tell you and where it falls short.

Marketing reviewed in context

We review advertising and email alongside the website and your business goals. This helps us see how the channels affect one another.

Systems and handoffs mapped

We trace how enquiries, contacts and orders move between your tools and team. We look for repeated admin, missing connections and work with no clear owner.

A prioritised written report

You’ll receive a written report explaining the findings and their importance. We’ll separate changes you can make now from those that need investigation or can wait.

Talk through the findings

We’ll talk through the report and answer your questions. You can take it to your own team or another supplier, or ask us to quote for the implementation.

What happens during the audit

01

Agree the questions and scope

We’ll discuss what you want to find out and confirm the review scope, fee, access and delivery date.

02

Review the agreed setup

We inspect the site, available data and the tools within the review. We use read-only access when it is available and explain any missing evidence.

03

Write the findings and priorities

We turn the findings into recommendations, showing dependencies and an order for the work.

04

Walk through the report

We’ll walk you through the report. If you’d like us to carry out the recommendations, we’ll quote for that separately.

Questions

A review of the agreed website, measurement, marketing activity and connected tools, a prioritised report and a walkthrough call. We confirm the systems, questions and depth of review, then quote the work before starting. Detailed code reviews or specialist investigations need a separate scope.

We agree the access required for your scope and use read-only access where the tools support it. We also need some time with you to understand the business and its concerns. The delivery schedule is confirmed before starting and depends on the scope and access being available.

No. The report is yours to act on with your team or another supplier. The audit covers assessment and recommendations. Implementation, ongoing support and any further investigations are quoted separately.

A paid advertising review concentrates on your campaigns, spend and conversion tracking. A digital audit looks more broadly at your website, marketing and connected systems.

Tell us which questions you need answered. We’ll explain what an audit could establish, what access we’d need and what you’ll receive.
