A website rebuilt around parents and their next step
A rebuilt website for a tuition business in Bingley, with clearer routes through its services and a straightforward way for parents to request an assessment.
The situation
Elizabeth’s Tuition Centre is a tuition business in Bingley. We recently rebuilt its website as part of our ongoing work with Elizabeth, giving families a clearer way to explore the centre and enquire about support.
Parents arrive with different questions. They may be looking for help with a difficult subject, preparing for an entrance exam, or exploring a different learning setting. The website needs to make those choices understandable before asking them to get in touch.
What we did
The rebuilt navigation separates subjects from the way tuition is delivered. Families can explore maths, English, entrance exams and GCSE support, then look at individual sessions, groups or Homework Club. Fees and the timetable have their own routes, so practical information is easy to locate.
We brought the centre’s personality into the design through generous spacing, a warm cream background and navy typography. Red highlights draw attention to the next step. Photographs of the teaching spaces and Elizabeth help families picture where their child will learn. On phones, the layout stacks into a single column, with prominent assessment links.
Requests for a free assessment give parents a consistent way to begin a conversation. Alternative provision also has a dedicated page, explaining who it serves and how sessions work. The site gives that service room to be understood in its own context.
We also built CRM and email-marketing tools into the website, including reusable branded newsletter templates. Elizabeth can prepare editions and preview them in the same system that manages her mailing list.
What changed
Elizabeth now has a refreshed website that presents her services in a consistent design and gives families direct routes to the information they need. The work brings the website into line with the business today and provides a clear starting point for new enquiries.
