Keep your website maintained, backed up and supported, with someone to turn to when it needs attention. The website maintenance plan combines hosting and technical care with help for the everyday changes that keep your site useful.
What the plan includes
- Managed hosting and technical care. A maintained home for your website, with the setup reviewed as part of onboarding.
- WordPress, theme and plugin updates. Updates checked and tested before they are applied, with follow-up checks on the site.
- Daily offsite backups. Recovery copies kept separately from the live website.
- Security and uptime monitoring. Checks to help spot problems and bring them to our attention.
- Same-day help. Support with website issues and requests, with the next steps explained clearly.
- Small website changes. Help with everyday content updates, such as changing text, images or links. Larger changes are scoped separately.
- Your client portal and site documentation. Raise requests, follow the work and find guidance written for your own website.
What happens after you sign up
We get in touch to arrange the access we need, review your existing site and plan its onboarding. We set up the agreed hosting, backups and monitoring, then share what we find and show you how to use the client portal. Please do not send passwords through a public enquiry form.
If the site has existing damage, a malware infection or unsupported software that needs additional work, we explain the options and agree a separate scope before carrying that out.
Clear monthly costs
The plan is paid monthly by card, plus VAT. You can change your plan any month and cancel with one month's notice. The monthly price is shown beside this description and confirmed in checkout.
When you need more than maintenance
A redesign, new functionality, substantial development, campaigns and custom integrations are separate work. Tell us what you need and we will explain the scope and cost before starting. Shops, membership sites and complex setups may also need additional support beyond the standard plan.
